We're not ones to pay lip-service to values just because they sound good. We thought long and hard about what our values were, and what we could actually promise as a team of two. Folks who value the below are the kinds of people we want to work with, both as clients and as fellow collaborators.
We follow “campground rules.” What does that mean? When setting up a camp, we should always leave the space better than we found it.
We seek out clients that prioritize the health and sustainability of people, animals, and the earth.
The things we make are accessible to people with a wide variety of abilities and disabilities. Design and development should be done “with” and not “for” users.
Being radical doesn't always mean being loud. It means speaking up and speaking out. We are steered by our members who contribute funds from client work or crowdfunding, not by outside investors.
We share freely our resources with other cooperatives and our broader community. We work to build up other devs, especially queer game devs and help make their voices and stories heard.
We believe that cooperatives are the path forward to financial and social equity.
We'd love to collaborate with you.
